Since all bulkhead are cut on the ShopBot CNC router,
installation is simple. In this picture the watertight rope
locker door has just been fitted in the port (guest) hull. The
(2) main structural bulkheads have been laminated into the starboard
hull. Notice the bedroom dresser front panel, on the shop floor,
awaiting installation.

Here is the bedroom dresser panel installed in the guest
hull with the rope locker door visible through the forward closet
opening. Details like the cut-outs for 110V electrical outlets
(the blue box) and 12VDC jacks (the holes above the 110V box) are
generated by the ShopBot during cutting, saving time and assuring
precision fit. The temporary plywood "working" floor is also
visible here.

The bed hull-cuts are made once adjacent bulkheads are
laminated in-place for stiffness. Notice the prototype roof panel
sections above the guest stateroom. These will be used as
patterns for lay-up of hull decks soon.

Looking aft from the guest stateroom, the bathroom cabinets
are on the left ahead of the stall shower. Protective cardboard
sheets are installed over the Nida-Core floors during construction.
